This site located on Lake Coeur d’Alene required multiple engineering firms. The result: a pile/anchor system with 12,000# Danforth anchors and delighted customers.
This 142 slip marina includes a C-store/fuel dock and a dry stack launch/recovery pier. Nothing out of the ordinary except its location… less than 1,000 feet upstream from the Post Falls Dam on the Spokane River.
