These ladders are manufactured of anodized aluminum for long lasting durability and good looks. The unit comes with stainless steel quick connect hardware. All bolts and nut are stainless steel. The nuts have nylon inserts to keep them from working loose. The rails are 1”x 1” aluminum with 1”x 2” used for the critical horizontal members The ladder treads are 16 ¼” wide by 5 ¼ deep, with a 1 3/8” drop on the front and 5/8” drop across the back. They also feature non slip surface on the topside and ridges underneath the treads for added stiffness. The three step ladder extends nearly 36” below the top of the dock. The ladder ships unassembled but is easily put together with a screwdriver and wrench in about 15 minuets.
